Hi, I am Patricia.

With over 20 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, I’ve advised global companies, fast-growing ventures, and complex projects across sectors—from infrastructure to tech, public to private. I’ve served as General Counsel and senior legal advisor, helping boards, CEOs, and founders navigate high-stakes deals, manage legal risk, and make confident decisions.

I founded Haywood Commercial because I believe modern businesses need more than just legal cover—they need legal partners who understand how they operate, speak their language, and help them move faster, not slower. That’s what we offer.
